Morning all, as part of the gyms year anniversary our very brave head receptionist Amanda is having her head shaved on the 6th July (time to be confirmed) to raise funds for Strathcarron Hospice.
Please help us raise as much funds by giving a donation. Sponser/donations sheets can also be found at the reception. Please note this is to raise funds for both Sean's leg wax and Amanda's hair shave.

What a great wee day it's been 😁 Dylan had hurt himself at the gym 4 days ago where the usual doctor's visit got him a piece of paper with stretches and happy pills. Unfortunately for him nothing was helping so today he bit the bullet and gave me a call. With manipulation to his sternocleidomastoid to stretch and release the tension and a hot stone sports back, neck and shoulder massage...look at Dylan now 😄 the problem has not been fixed but as you can see from the before an...d after, the treatment has worked wonders and by listening to the advice from docs, aftercare advice from myself not to mention the happy pills...Dylan will make a full recovery and be back to the gym in no time I 💓 my job
