Recently, enforcement at Glasgow City Council, made three allegations against one of our clients. Namely contravention of Taxi Driver Conditions, 3,9 and 21.

We managed to have 2 of the allegations struck, and mitigate the third allegation, after which our client simply received a warning rather than the suspension he had feared.
Interestingly a taxi driver appearing before our client, with similar allegations, but unlike our client he was suspended for a week.
The difference we suspect, may be down to good preparation and advocacy. We spend up to a week preparing for our clients and we never appear without taking a full statement from our client beforehand. We don't rush,or squeeze in our Taxi or PH clients, we deal with Taxi and PH cases as a matter of priority.
