Was a smooth process from start to finish, located in a quiet and private street it was easy to find parking and make my appointment on time. Reception upon arrival was relaxed, friendly and informative using the time to fill out a basic medical form before the consultation. The consultation was a short, no pressure to go ahead with treatment, interview to determine what results I would like to achieve and ask any questions. At this point I was given the choice to go ahead if I was happy to -which I was and chose the more natural .5ml Juvaderm filler as it's my first time. A numbing cream was rubbed onto mouth area for five minutes and then Jamie the consultant used medical antibacterial wipes three times to completely cleanse the area. The injections themselves were very quick (a second at a time, a sharp pain similar to the dentist jab) in and out along the top then lower lip then all done! Jamie talked me through the entire short procedure which took a max of 10 minutes and then Jamie took a few moments to go over aftercare points. In a nutshell it was a fairly quick and easy procedure which has rendered some amazing results and given me the exact look I was hoping to achieve. I will definitely be a returning customer �
