Not a great experience, staff are not happy and treatment didn't work. Will be avoiding from now on

Jackie gave me a very honest appraisal of my suitability for a treatment that I was requesting. Jackie's consultation was free and in the end I left without any treatment taking place: clearly the clinic is run to a very high professional and ethical standard. It's also a beautiful clinic inside and the staff are very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others seeking advice and treatment.

I've had treatments done from Jackie, Lauren, Jen and Cat and I must say they are all lovely and amazing! Don't have any complaints hence the reason I'm always going back for new and different treatments. All are always very welcoming as soon as I enter and there are absolutely no judgemental or weird looks I get from any of the staff (which I've experienced in other clinics/salons). I'm so glad I found this place!

This clinic is defiantly not what they make there selfs out to be . With there reception staff who has faces like a wet weekend , to there dermatologist who said to me that he "couldn't be bothered" when I was about to fill out a form his printer didn't work . After paying £190 pound just to be seen for 15 mins for him to say that and offer me no other help other than I need to get referred back to my doctor . I didn't get a nice welcoming when I walked in .Either the woman have had so much Botox there face doesn't move or they can't be bothered working there . I've looked at reviews and i am sure there own family write the good ones ! It's quite terrible , it looks nice on the eye but what lays beneath isn't great. I see you reply by saying you don't have people on your system on every negative comment??? Don't bother replying to me love. Because I am sure as hell not interested . I just want people to know . All the best for the future .

So you can't discuss the "content" or TRUE facts ? If you were so concerned about your patients complaints you would email them personally . Your business is a joke . You have awards? That doesn't mean nothing if you can't treat
People with respect other than relying on your family and friends to have treatments at your clinic. pathetic .

I've known Jackie for several years now and always go back. I carry out facial aesthetic treatments myself but when it comes to my face, only Jackie will do! I was over last week (I travel over from Belfast; yes she's that good!!) to have treatment carried out and as usual it was top notch. Couldn't recommend Jackie and her clinic enough. Her credentials and numerous awards speak for themselves!

Just had my first ever visit and treatment. Exceptional standards and a friendly reception. Jackie was excellent...she put me right at ease, was honest and thoroughly lovely! Highly recommend ☺
