Designer Waxing

Fantastic salon! Staff are so friendly and make an intimate service feel so normal! I get my waxing done... in the past j have been hurt/bruised/cut by strip wax. Because designer waxing uses hard wax it is much nicer for my skin. Also means I am not scared to go for a wax!

I have to say that my experience with designer waxing was not a pleasant one. Sadly, I was late to my appointment which I took full responsibility for, and even called ahead to let them know I was going to be late. However, the attitude I got from the receptionist made me grateful that I never wasted my money here. At first I had called the wrong place by phoning the one in Glasgow, to which the receptionist remained polite (even though I wasn't on there system), but after speaking with this receptionist and how rude she was I am confident to say that I will not be going back. I understand that there would be no more appointments and I accepted that, I couldn't have been more apologetic if I tried, but she could have been a lot nicer about it. Therefore, I would rather go elsewhere than return here.
