Very poor I ordered a toilet seat from their online shop. They took my money and I never received the toilet seat.

Excellent. The guys were all fantastic. A designer came out to survey our bathroom, he then invited us to the showroom to display his drawings and ideas, which were exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure and all the staff we lovely and cheerful.

After we agreed on the design and price the work start only weeks after, which i thought would take weeks to finish but the guys had completed the entire bathroom in only 4 days.

The fitters were cheery and always laughing, i asked on of the plumbers to help with my kitchen tap and he was only happy to do so, at no cost.

My bathroom really looks stunning, my husband and I are over the moon.

I would not recommend anyone use this company. We had a very bad experience, faulty plumbing and chipped quartz worktop. Tried to resolve with the owner who refused to discuss or take any responsibility, ended up in court. Reason given for faulty plumbing was we had stuffed the cupboard to full. Eventually after a year they came to fix the plumbing but we had to pay £200 court fees.

I would strongly recommend you steer clear of the company due to the director and owner of the business. Not professional in the slightest.
