We are a vintage cafe in the heart of the historical city of Lichfield serving cream tea, homemade soups and cakes.
Devo-Tea Of Lichfield Description
Devo-Tea is a tea room that aims to provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service of specialist teas and other drinks, some tasty homemade cakes and other light bites in a quaint and comfortable environment. The inspiration came from the famous Lichfield scholar, Samuel Johnson (born next door to the shop) who was a lover of tea, in fact it is said he was a devotee of the drink, hence the name Devo-Tea! Hi all! Just to let you all know if you don’t already! Today is our last day & just wanted to say a big big thank you to all customers who have supported us. Apologies for closing on some days but we’ve not had a choice unfortunately. We will be selling of items that we have in the shop including furniture. If you are interested then please let me know. We will be opening the ground floor tomorrow for sales between 1pm & 2pm if you’d like to pop in & we will be around for a couple of weeks based at the shop. Many thanks! Jae.
Hi all, our kitchen will be closed from 2:45 on Saturday 17th August due to outside events. Food can be ordered up to this time & drinks & cake will still be available up to our usual 4:30 pm. Thanks :)
