Nice clean shop with good selection of furniture however, felt uncomfortable with the member of staff who repeatedly harassed us and interrupted us when looking at goods. Felt like we were being followed and stalked. Other people told us they were the same. Ultimately cost them our business that went to other business right next door.

Worst customer service experience of my life *AVOID AT ALL COSTS* dont buy from here the management r the most rude and unhelpful people we have ever encountered.
Head office blame the branch and the branch blame head office, the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing an absolute joke

Sales people Not to pushy, knowledgeable, good range of stock to show. Not my worst experience in a furniture shop. 😂

Staff in The store was very keen And we ended up buying two sofas. However, The 7week delivery time was a joke! On The day we were getting rid of our old sofas they have phoned us that something happened And we will need to wait another week....fine....things do happen we understand that but then they have moved it again by a few days And told us someone will phone us the Day before to give specific time. As we had to take time off work it was crucial to know The details of delivery. We ended up calling them And The woman said There was again a delay!!!! So if we never phoned nobody would bother to let us know!!! Utter joke! Eventually we got sofas after 9weeks! And a lot of bother And lost Money due to time off work!

Staff friendly but not pushy.

Our wee boy was included and enjoyed space to be a 3 year old!

Sales staff stalk you and there is a hard sell. They definitely seem to be on commission and staged off a rival shop. This has happened on 3 occasions at different stores.

The worst possible experience, do not go! Would put 0 stars if I could!

I went into the store actively looking to buy a sofa for my new home and was very much considering buying one.

However, I was hounded by a salesperson who followed me around the store like a dog and didn't give me time to think.

As much as I quite liked a sofa I needed time to consider my options and was going to go away and think about it until she said 'it will be easy for us to remember you for next time and provisionally book you in for delivery if you give us a few details'.

I didn't mind giving out a few details. However, completely without my knowledge she signed me up for a credit check and took unnecessary details from me (which i duly questioned, and please note she also asked for close family members mobile numbers too which was uneccessary and I did not give away), fully putting through an order and scoring out on the paperwork the relevant T&C's which meant I had to call the offices by close of business day to cancel the order.

Honestly, I am a professional person but felt like a complete mug. When I called up to cancel the order that evening they said they could not process it until the next day, which was ridiculous as I had never officially placed an order.

I had to call again in the morning to receive a cheeky salesperson saying 'it'll get done'.

DFS lost out on a good sale by their bad sales techniques. If they had given us time to think we may have bought a more expensive, suitable sofa but decided to buy one with less hassle elsewhere.

Honestly, DO NOT GO TO DFS!!!

Great choice of furniture, staff were helpful but in no way pushy. Once we made a choice they made us a coffee and chatted about the sofa and what we wanted. Very friendly and helpful.
