Great communication with news you don't want to hear. I let the first incident slide for missing one sofa unit on delivery day. Was Informed Thursday delivery for missing unit. Guess what delay on top of delay. Now postponed until Tuesday . DFS have a look into the way you handle your orders at your workshop. Please be organised . After this incident I would not trust in DFS

Even though the guys might seem like they're stalking you, they're all amazing. very knowledgeable and will tell you the hands down truth. if you've had a bad experiance at anothwr DFS then come here.

Sales room staff were fab but i suppose they have to be to get ur money. Call staff are rude and so are the delivery drivers .... told us our suite was due to be delivered in store on the 15th and that theybwoukd contact us to arrange a delivery date . Today the 16th we get a txt 50 mins b4 our delivery slot that our sofa is due between 3-6 pm guess what 6.48 and still no sofa . Just had a cheeky delivery driver telling me that hes running late theres nothing he can do about that BUT he should be here in the next 30 mins so i says are u deffo coming as iv been waiting since 3 to get a smarmy reply back .... lets see if dfs deliver before 19.15 .... not holding my breath

Absolute joke worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer service is disgraceful and communication is non existent, take your money and leave you. Waited 5 month for a couch and they still then got it wrong , waited nearly a further 2 month for 2 cushions and feet and still no where to be seen!!! I have had to contact them to keep communication which working in the public industry is terrible!! Would never shop here again or recommend anyone to waste their money either!!!!!
