Can honestly say we have had tremendous service from your Inverness DFS. Motor on our recliner broke, got in touch, asked for photos to identify the correct part. Part was sent to us in Stornoway,recliner now back in working order - within a week!! We were kept informed all along, with updates by telephone - thank you so much. Couldn't have asked for better service - very satisfied customers.

The service was great and Andy made it for us, great guy.

Some helpful and friendly floor staff, however admin were very pushing in getting us to take a delivery date.

The member of staff we dealt with was friendly and pleasant, the sofa arrived when they said it would and was assembled quickly. Good service.

I have been lied to by the DFS they started taking the money from me even though I don't even have the bed they were meant to deliver it a month ago and I found out that they dont even have the bed themselves they keep telling me that i have to wait till they get it first but they don't even want to help to stop the payments so i am just warning everyone to be careful because i dont have the item but i still have to pay

We have been very impressed with the service we received from DFS. Our leather sofa was delivered in May and we discovered there was slight damage on two of the arms; we emailed the team in Inverness who promptly replied and sent out two repair guys to asses the damage. This was promptly fixed and you would never know anything had been replaced: from the sales people to customer service to the delivery staff and to the repair team, the service has been prompt, efficient and professional. Have been very impressed and will definitely recommend in the future.
