You look good but don't last long

Shocking customer service so far. Ordered a couch and was given a delivery date. I was called the day before my delivery date and told that the wrong couch was ordered and customer service were unable to give me anothery delivery slot very unhelpful passing me from pillar to post. I waited until the following day after being promised various call backs i phoned the store again and was then told i would recieve my couch the following week. Yet again a day before the delivery date ( which was the 2nd day i booked off work ) i was told that the warehouse had not delivered my couch and i would need to wait until the 31st of august. This was left as a voicemail on my phone and when i called back i spoke to 3 seperate customer service agents who told me there was nothing that could be done. I requested again to speak to a manager and was informed i would need to contact Paisley store direct, i spent 20 minutes on a call to a girl in glasgow who coyld never help my situation. Called paisley spoke to another girl before being offered a loan couch until the couch i ordered and paid for could be sent out to me. No faith in the company and really disappointed so far.

Please be aware said to salesman I wanted to measure suite first before purchasing but was railroaded into putting deposit etc down. Now takes 21 days to get deposit back disgrace

Awful customer services. I recently bought a sofa from them, having bought two previously. The sofa is already starting to sag, after two months. Looks more two years old already. When explaining this, I was advised by the upholsterer and store staff that to maintain it, you need to fluff the pillows but physically opening the pillows and pulling the fibres apart to keep it in shape!!!! Are they mental, with a one year old and both my wife and I working full-time jobs, do they think we have time to do that. Trading standards/citizens advice will be getting contacted! Absolutely no chance I am keeping this sofa.

If i could rate 0 stars i would! leaving a 1 star is even too good for this place. We ordered 2 sofas at the paisley branch, which we paid a big deposit towards. the rest was to be paid before taking delivery.
DFS in paisley called to instruct us that the sofa would be arriving this Saturday. Naturally we completed the outstanding amount via the online facility. However the online payment didn't go through, so it prompted us to do it again. Big mistake. It took the money twice. £825 twice!
this left me short with bills coming towards the end of the month. The branch manager Ashley didn't care, he was in no real rush to rectify the situation or give my money back. "It will take 5 working days"
He also tried to pin the blame on me - that it was my fault i had paid for something twice. NO.... it was your shambles of a website.
AVOID THE ONLINE PAYMENT facility if you must shop here.

Friendly non pushy staff. happy to let you browse, but right there when you have a question. Products sold are also very nice and seem well built.

It's an ok place to visit if your looking for sofas staff aren't always in your face like other shops but there's not much selection in store

Store advisor blatantly lied to my face when he told us the display model I paid for would be taken off shop floor within days of us buying it and be delivered in roughly 1 week 3 days. I called to track my order 12/12/16 to then be told my order would be on display until the 23/12/16 and later called a liar by he manager, despite the fact we had a contract stating pre Christmas delivery (approx delivery date 1 week 3 days after paying).

Head office sorted it thankfully and I now have my sofa - but avoid this branch!

a total joke avoid this place when ordered couch told it was a british made couch n would be here in 2 or 3 weeks now on week 5 still no couch we have a delay been told its stuck in customs so further delay, more like they couldnt get enuff orders to fill a container from china.
