Centrifuge Trial/ Rental
The below Alfa Laval MMPX403 recently returned from a trial with an existing DHMO client, having proved the feasibility of purifying our client's industrial waste oil via centrifugation.
At 1,000LPH, the unit was able to reduce water content from 500ppm to <100ppm and remove solids above 10μ, exceeding the client's requirements.
... With a built-in feed pump, sludge pump, heater and controls, the system is entirely plug and play and is generally up and running within 2 hours of delivery.

A recent Mud Cooler loadout completed on-time by team DHMO.
This loadout consisted of a crash-frame mounted Alfa Laval T20 cooler with filter skid, spools and manifold.
Prior to mobilisation, all of our coolers are pressure tested and have their lifting and gauge certificates renewed. They are also overhauled periodically including; acid and alkali cleaning, NDT and replacement of gaskets with genuine Alfa Laval NBRP clip-on gaskets. All of this is to ensure our coolers per...form efficiently and with absolute reliability.
