I have been living with type 1 diabetes for some time and I have a fulfilling career in personal training. I specifically love to help fellow diabetics achieve healthier habits in life so to minimize risk of complications in future. Too many diabetics fail to take control of their lives and all I want to do is help people live life to their full potential.
