Dial-A-Tow Description
Dial A Tow Recovery Services have been operating within Central Fife since the mid 1990s and have built up a reputation for Professionalism and Reliability.
Although we work primarily in Fife, we have easy access to Tayside and Lothian regions. Our central position allows us to provide our services throughout Scotland if required.
We can provide: Transportation of your car to a garage of your choice, Return Passengers Home, Jump Starts, Roadside Assistance and an Accident Repair Service.

You would not get better service than this guy, came out late sunday within 10 minutes. Drop car off and like most companys they would just quickly drop the car off but he stayed and helped us with a few things with the car. You wouldnt get cheaper than this guy also! Will be passing on his name to everyone from now on. Thanks so much again!!
We'd struggled to get a tow earlier in the week with a local company taking a look and saying it couldn't be done. Then Tony arrived and everything changed. No pussyfooting or nay-saying, he took the bull by the horns and wrestled that mutha into submission with ingenuity, cunning and a can-do attitude. What a guy. Cheers!
Top class service Tony is such a nice guy really calm when others may have struggled. Wasn’t a straight forward job but was completed in good time in very difficult weather conditions (beast from the east) at an amazingly low price

Just want to thank Tony for coming to Edinburgh and rescuing my 2 daughters and myself late on Saturday night,he arrived within the hour ,dropped us off at our hotel and towed my car to the garage in Glenrothes where it was looked at and fixed promply by Aaron on Monday morning.Excellent service and would definately recommend these guys.Well done ,thanks a lot !!!!!
Great service very friendly was with me within 30 minutes would have been quicker if the police had informed him they had pushed me off the road definitely recommend tony
Fantastic service
Broke down at a really bad time in a really awkward place. Tony arrived within 20 mins of calling. He dealt with a really awkward situation calmly and professionally. I was really panicking and he told me to relax and keep calm and told me to jump into the warm van while he dealt with my car. Lovely helpful guy and dial-a-tow are lucky to have him on their team. Home now and safe (i’d still be waiting for my insurance breakdown pick up even yet). Thankyou Dial-a-tow and Tony👍👍
Fantastic service last night from Dial-A-Tow and Tony: my car abruptly died right at a roundabout amid Friday rush-hour traffic; Tony appeared within half an hour of me phoning, and totally de-stressed the situation by being so calm/on the case/cheery/chatty. He hooked up the car (making sure meantime that we didn't get cold, on a perishing night), drove the four of us home to Pittenweem (from the far edge of Leven), then dropped the offending vehicle at my mechanic's near Markinch - all for £50. Best bargain I've had in ages - many thanks for a top job. Yours very gratefully, from Sue (+ Jude, Gill and Lex).
Excellent service, arrived within half an hour of phoning and got me to a garage without a problem.
Big thanks to Tony for the service and quality patter!
Collected my non running Mk2 Golf from lockup in Edinburgh and delivered to garage in Rosyth with no problems. Even made friends with the dog on the way over!
Car has broke down at Halbeath P&R, phoned the guys this morning and had the car back home in no time, Tony who had towed the car back also had a look at the car for me when I got it back home to give me some advice on what to do with the car next, absolute gent. Definitely recommend these guys, and will use them again in the future if I need to!

Can not thank dial a tow enough for today. Called them to pick up my car from Dunfermline to take back to Glenrothes and they were at my car within half an hour. Fantastic, quick and friendly service. The guy that came for the car could not have been any nicer, making one of the most stressful situations I've ever been in much easier to deal with. Would always recommend this company 100%
Can not recommend these guys enough. We're absolutely fantastic, car wouldn't start on the way home from queen vic. Rung them at the start of Friday rush hour and they were still with me in 30 minutes. Got me home pretty quick and Tony was really friendly. Will be the only company I use from now on.
Broke down in the middle of Leven and phoned you guys, super service and arrived within 20 minutes or so. Really friendly and happy guy (didn’t catch his name) who was more than happy to help�
Broke down at Bankhead Roundabout on A92 Phoned Dial A Tow Tony arrived quickly got the car and me sorted and brought us back to Rosyth.Very helpful friendly guy .Great company and great service Thanks
Brilliant service this morning when my wee lad's car broke down. Tony is an absolute gem and couldn't be more helpful. Definitely top of the class for customer service and satisfaction Would definitely recommend this company to others - superb prices are a bonus!!
Absolutely brilliant service! Tony came to my rescue within about 15 minutes on the A92, never broken down before and I did it in style in the pouring rain. He told me to wait in my car while he dealt with the problem, which is probably a good thing cos I nervous chatter. So friendly. Thank you so so much for coming to my rescue. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again �
