This is a polite reminder about our cancellation policy.
... For no show appointments and last minute cancellations, a 50% fee of that treatment must be paid before any other appointments are made.
This is something IвҖҷve had to enforce last year as our team at the salon has grown.
With short notice itвҖҷs almost impossible for us to fill these appointments which can result in a significant loss of income for the salon. This is the difference in us being able to trade or not.
