I have been in the executive recruitment sector internationally most of my career. I saw that candidates often needed support to present themselves attractively, or even that they were applying for the wrong jobs to suit them. Gradually I moved into Career Counselling then Coaching. So, I support executives - and businesses - to create success. I help executives to develop careers they love, or to find a new work / life direction, based on their values. As a headhunter, I have recruited for many large, owner-managed, public sector and SME organisations in Asia, Europe and North America as well as UK. .
