Bought my first car (a used car) from them last week and they were very friendly, helpful and not at all pushy even in such a busy showroom. I feel I got a really good deal and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, even if you aren't specifically looking for Kia, Nissan, Suzuki etc

Absolutely delighted with the service here. Took our Nissan X-Trail in for a wiper motor replacement under used warranty (we didn't buy the car here but it is still under the 12-month Nissan used-car warranty). This was how warranty work should be. They fitted us in within 2 working days, as it was a safety issue (the wipers had a mind of their own!). They had the warranty info all sorted, took only 90 minutes to do the repair, and brought the car round to us when we returned - washed! No paperwork, just a clean, fixed car and courteous service. By the time we got home, we had an emailed video health-check of the car waiting for us. Well done Dicksons. We live in a rural area here in the north of Scotland and had been debating how to get servicing done. Sorted - we'll be back!

Bought our most recent car here - Nissan Note - and have had it serviced here twice. The customer service was a big factor in our choosing Dickson's to buy from. Not your typical pushy car salesman. Very helpful and welcoming.
