I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of purchasing a motorhome. We dealt with Tim and he is great to deal with putting the Customer and their needs at the forefront of everything they do and can't do enough for you to ensure you make the right decision and fulfil all your motorhome needs.

Went to see a car advertised on Gumtree 18 hrs ago. Was told it had been sold days ago!!!!!!!!

Is this false advertising to get customers in????

Visited yesterday looking at a 4bearth 43k asked how much they would reduce the price by if I paid cash ! Spoke to Dickinson senior he said do you want the maybe price or the definite price if this is how you are treated when you are thinking of spending your money then what sort of service will you get when they have it I will be spending my money with a decent company . Avoid them at all cost. Ewen Rennie.

Terrible level of customer service and was lied to when purchasing my motorhome. I have spent weeks trying to get some resolve on a reversing camera on my new motorhome from them to be told that someone will ring me back..... Which never happened.



Please be careful when you buy from a dealership that is a distance from your home, the warranty work will have to be done by them as I've just found out.



I was told the other dealerships closer to my home will undertake the warranty work but when I tried to book it in they have told me they look after thier own customers and don't have to do any other warranty work if they don't want to.

Shocking customer service - beware when entering caravans as one we viewed tipped backwards and my wife hurt her back. When I went to complain I got ushered outside so other customers couldn't hear. I was hurried out the door and fell over and got wet and dirty. Went back in with my wife and was treated shocking by the receptionist who was the salesman's wife!!! Have never been treated like that before - will never be back in there again and would advise others not to either. This place is a Health and safety disaster.

My wife and i travelled over a hundred miles to look at an advertised motor home which I had previously discussed by phone the day before.

I spoke to a salesman who gave the keys for the motor home to an employee who described himself as a ‘gopher’ and not a salesman.

He was unable to access the van as the battery was flat.

I asked to see other motor homes to which I was told they were all locked and I would need to make a list to gain access.

He told me they were locked to stop parents with children ‘disrespecting ‘ them with chocolate and ice cream- really!

By this time the rain was heavy the weather was cold and the salesman was nowhere to be seen,no way to treat a potential customer who was thinking of spending £20,000 to £30,000.

Poor shabby service and a waste of my time.

A visit to another dealer a short distance away proved to be an altogether different experience with all the help that I required on offer.
