By "drawing" a tight fit liner through the existing pipeline, pipeline rehabilitation can be completed extremely quickly, with minimal disruption with one of the lowest carbon footprints in the industry. Our solution offers the lowest whole life cost - the savings created by using the Die Draw process will easily cover the cost of the design service. Furthermore, Die Draw Ltd solutions do not require the use of specialist contractors. Liners designed by ourselves take into account all possible construction and installation factors, whilst providing the pipeline owner with a lining solution to withstand known operating parameters throughout the pipeline design life. Depending on the desired pipeline attributes, we are able to design either an independent fully-structural or an interactive semi-structural liner.
