Awful! I initially contacted digby brown regarding a compensation claim after recently being the victim of dental negligence. Both dentists were subsequently found guilty of negligence by their governing body, the general dental council after a year long investigation.

Digby Brown wanted £1000 off me just to start investigating the case. No mention or offer of legal aid. Very rude, unhelpful, condescending staff to say the least. My case is now being dealt with appropriately by another law firm. I wouldn't recommend digby brown to anyone. They're a complete waste of time.

Very understanding and compassionate company, very respectfully as to why I could not continue with my claim six days after speaking with the solicitor, health issues I was suffering from causing stress. I would not hesitate in using this company in the future and 100% advise anyone else to do so.

I agree with Craig, laziest unprofessional company I have had pleasure of dealing with. Like children. Whole experience was handled incorrectly and I was made to feel like I had made the whole thing up. Speaking to the newspapers as have found some other people who have also fallen victim to their negligence. I hope Tina Boswell sleeps ok at night....she shouldn't....she is a shocking person nevermind lawyer! Lx

I made the wisest choice with Digby Brown my compensation was something I had not expected and the entire procedure was so so so smooth didn't have to do anything would like to specially thank Charlotte Larkin who was very helpful and supportive throughout I am recommending everyone I know to go to Digby Brown if they ever need accident solicitors. My experience with Digby Brown was absolutely brilliant, the solicitor who dealt with me from beginning to end was a Ms Ashley Sturrock and I cannot rate the service and experience highly enough, she was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and courteous in the extreme. She guided me through every single aspect of the case , put me at ease , explained everything in totally understandable jargon and she had the patience of a saint.she went the extra mile and even managed to get me a better offer than than the one first quoted.
