The staff are very helpful and great after sales care , unlike a lot of other car dealers, The Manager Boyd personally got my sons car repaired for him after buying it from him 6months earlier, He didn't charge my Student son for this £500 repair, We are so delighted about the way Boyd sorted this, that we won't be buying our future cars from anyone but Direct Car Supply.

Recently bought 3rd car Audi A3, delighted with the professional service once again from all staff.

Purchased car from them 8 days ago and had to be jumpstarted 4 times, new battery fitted, following morning same again, been told that PASSTIME device requires 12volts of standby power then there's no power left for the car to turnover, any1 else have this problem, other than that I love the car and Jay's.been a big help ..
