I had the most random sketches of sizes etc and John was able to work out exactly what I needed
I visited the store 3-4 times to get everything I needed for Hall / Kitchen / Bathroom due to water damage in my Home
During this stressful time I cannot thank John enough for all his help, advice and above all patience even though he was always by himself and really busy - 5 stars to John Thank You

TERRIBLE. AVOID
SHOCKING customer service. Bought and paid for 19 packs of flooring when picking up 2 had been burst by forklift and were totally wasted. Told no more in stock go to Kilmarnock or wait until next week for replacement which was useless as floor already lifted. Asked the so called manager for cost of going to Kilmarnock and back. Said no can do. Obviously will be contacting head office about this terrible customer service
