Disc Target Project

A localised youth work project based around football for anyone (aged 11-22)

The DISC Target Project is a localised CLD Youth Work project which provides sturctured learning through football and provides young people (age 11 - 22) with a safe and healthy diversion on Thursday & Friday nights and range of support and advice when young people need it most.

It specifically targets and supports young people who are most in need in thier local community.

The project is run almost entirely by local young people (often as part of a flexible learning package at Morgan Academy) who are supported and trained by CLD Youth Workers, in partnership with Dundee United Football Clubs Community Department.

Promoting young people learning is at the core of the projects ethos and supports young people to make positive contributions to their own lifes, lifes of their peers and the wider local community.
