Decent car, good service, no complaints.

Booked van on website. No email or phone confirmation. Then they tried to charge 3 times as much. Don't trust their website for booking.

Rented from this company plenty of times over few years.
Am always happy with staff, service and the cars.
About to give them another call in fact . Been a while but will see if all is the same

Company is CRAP. Staff CRAP. Management Double CRAP. Do not go there.

The representative did not show up at the agreed place and time. We had a reservation through phone, later the agent confirmed the reservation in mail as well. Big disappointment in this company...

Yet again a friendly efficient service by DCH. Ive used them for every visit to UK over 6 years.
