Kitchen took 5 weeks to complete instead of 2,no hob,no washing machine,no fridge for 5 weeks in a family home,if you are ok with this then go ahead.No project management,only heard from Steve the owner twice,week 1 when he was looking for the balance to be paid and week 4 when it was decided that the job cost more than was originally quoted and another £500 was required.My husband had to carry in our new kitchen as the delivery drive came alone,we felt we had to constantly chase items to ensure we got what was originally asked for.
This company gives its tradesman a bad name.
All tradesmen who entered my home were excellent and the kitchen is gorgeous but the company's lack of customer service and communication was shocking and that is the reason I would not recommend them.You have been warned.

Initially pleased with the installation but soon realised that I was given empty promises with regards to aftercare. Upon finding my bathroom flooded only 4 months after installation I phoned DBK on consecutive days and was effectively fobbed off. I was offered no assistance whatsoever and had to organise replacement of the cistern fill valve myself. Beware.
