Happy Monday team.
Here is this weeks Bootcamp schedule.
As you'll notice there are a couple of changes to the timetable.
... The 7pm Boswells class will now be moved to my Outdoor Obsticle area at Elwyn Glen just outside Gala.
The every second Wednesday class in Jed will no longer take place due to me having my son over night every Wednesday from now on but there are plenty of opportunities for you all to make up for that one as there's plenty of classes in Boswells and at the new Gala area.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Exciting times ahead though with a lot of fresh faces and new ideas to set the tone for an amazing spring/summer of sessions 🌞💪😁

Another unbelievable transformation 👌
This amazing lady has been to every single Jed Bootcamp since i started them in August and has also been doing one buddy session a week for the past few months.
She has worked so hard, been so determined and most of all remained very patient. Now she's starting to reap the benefits.
... My Bootcamps involve a variety of different circuits with mostly strength exercises and some cardio. I include battle ropes, boxing, deadlifts, squats etc.
Nicola's hasn't just shredded fat but also massively improved her fitness and is really starting to tone up now.
Her results are a class example of the benefits of weight training.

Brilliant evening of sessions.
Really tough one to one with Suzanna who is getting leaner, stronger and fitter by the week.
A buddy session with Gemma and Hayleigh.... Both ladies are toning up at a crazy fast rate.
BC with the usual suspects Tony and Gina who absoloutely fired through their session with very little rest periods. They are so consistent and incredibly hard working.
Then an unbelievable group session with Alex, Ash, Joyce and Claire. Massive progression from all four of these fab ladies. Unreal effort and determination 💙

One to one with Craig who as usual showed unreal determination and smashed his session. The guy never give's up 💪

Great sessions this morning/afternoon.
One to one with Rachel who broke some serious mental barriers today and worked unbelievably hard.
Then a buddy session with Mandy and Kirsty. Was lovely to have these two hard working ladies back after some time out. Even little Phoenix was joining in on the workout 😊

As of the 1st April i will be running Bootcamps at my Outdoor Obsticle site at Elwyn Glen Galashiels.
They will take place on Monday's at 6am and Tuesday's at 7pm with the possibility of a weekend one also on the cards.

Since moving to the Borders 3 years ago I had struggled to find a gym or classes that I enjoyed but more importantly felt comfortable & welcome. I went along to one of Dave’s Bootcamp classes and instantly felt at ease. The people that go are really friendly, the class was tough but great fun & Dave has been really encouraging. I have been going along now 3 times a week for about month and I am starting to notice big changes in my fitness levels. No matter how fit or unfit you are Dave will encourage you to reach and exceed your goals.

Only being going a few weeks and all ready see a huge difference definitely worth it. Better than the gym by far

Loving the bootcamp sessions. Something for all abilities and standard of fitness. Loving being outside, far better than being in a sweaty gym! Good value for money and always feed sore the next day (a good sore)

I’ve never enjoyed working out in the past. I had my first one to one session today and I absolutely loved it. I can’t wait till my next one. I was really nervous about going but Dave was excellent and made me feel at ease straight away. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great training that’s getting results but with a relaxed friendly feel! Fantastic when your just getting back into exercise and aren’t super confident. Thanks Dave x

Going approx 3 times per week

Cant believe the difference in me already. Im starting to tone up all over and my general fitness is really improving. A big plus is the ‘old wobbly bits aren’t quite so wobbly’!

The main thing that has suprised me about the bootcamps are how good they make you feel both inside & out. Definately more energised & great for your health & wellbeing

Dave knows his stuff, constantly rejigs the sessions & is really encouraging



Love the bootcamp buddies too. #youonlygetoutofitwhatyouputintoit.
