Nice food although service can be slow

Arrived at 11.29 and ordered breakfast but advised breakfast finished at 11.30. They then charged me from the lunch menu for a sausage sandwich for my child which was more expensive. Overly priced.

Firm favourite of ours. Great drinks, great food. Looks great after the refurbishment too.

Below is what passes for a cheese &tomato pannini, the side salad and coleslaw are extra, the side salad was a tiny bit lettuce 1 tiny cherry tomato and raw onion terrible, staff very friendly till customers complain, oh and as for the " Guest Coffee's ". They don't tell you it's an extra 30p , a work colleague got soup " potato& leek" allegedly! It was nothing but water with stock for flavour when she complained they tried to say it was put through a blender, blended soup would be thicker than runny water, they weren't happy she complained either, totally shocking has gone down hill drastically, it's all about profit line, place really needs to be kept cleaner also, tables only get cleared up cleaned quickly when the owners are on the premises which is not very often, decor is nice but place needs to be kept cleaner.

Clean, convenient, professional staff, good customer service, lovely food...however, the music is FAR TOO LOUD!!! This is subjective, although I believe this will put many people off not bring them in. Chat impossible, hard to study, pensioners frightened - 3 groups of people who could be excluded.
I write this review in the hope that management take heed and listen to this feedback. I actually want your business to thrive.

If I were to change 1 thing, it would be to introduce a home feel to the place and bring in some couches. People always go for the couches.

Great coffee good food and pleasant staff

It was recently renovated, so the interior is nice and new. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. My coffee and food were great! Kind and courteous wait staff.
