Domino'S Pizza

Yesterday I visited this Dominos with a very strange request. I wanted meatballs. It was my old dog's last day so we were giving him a bucket list day which included a visit to the beach, ice cream and McD's. He loved the meatballs from Dominos so we wanted to include them in his day. The young man who served me was understanding and very kind. I just wanted to say "thank you" to him. You made an old dog very happy x

Went to dominos pizza yesterday and was served by a lad called Dale. The store was immensely busy with pizzas, people and the ringing of the phone but Dale was like the calm in the storm. He served me as soon as I had come through the door with a smile on his face. I explained I had left my phone in the car and didn’t have my voucher code on me for the deal, I asked if there was anyway that he can access my account from the computer, he explained it wasn’t possible but he offered me to use his own mobile to access it and get the code. This was a relief and he definitely went beyond what he is supposed to do. I was also told there was a wait on the order but giving the astonishing service I just received I didn’t mind the wait. Thanks again Dale and the team at the Quay!!

That awkward moment when your phone only had enough battery to order the pizza and give your card details then cuts off... Nooooooooooo

So there's a bit of a story to this, but I'm writing this review to solely thank the Dominoes Driver Ali who - without a doubt - saved me last night. After arriving at the door, not remembering how I got to the front door, I managed to undo the locks, and could hardly speak. Ali took the pizzas out of the bag (like the professional he is) and handed them over, meanwhile, I couldn't fully comprehend what was happening, and held the boxes he gave me. Next thing I know my eyes have rolled back into my head, and I fainted, hitting my head on the radiator on the way down, after lying there for a split second, I managed to get up, and the same thing happened again. Ali - without a moments hesitation - made sure I was okay without entering the premises, called my boyfriend for me and had him come down to get me, all the while trying to distract me and keep me from being scared. When Ali got off the phone he sat there for as long as it took for Sam to arrive, talking about work and college/university and all around just being an amazing guy. A delivery driver doesn't have to sit there with you and wait, they don't have to make sure some random person who they have just met is okay because they hit their head, but your driver stayed with me, making sure I was okay the whole time. I know this is a long winded review, but I just thought you should know what an amazing person you have on your team, he truly is a god send for what happened last night... oh, and the pizzas were good too!

So thankful to dominoes city quay! Reversed out a space today and a police car hit us , the kind staff member came out for small pizza and chickens for our son while we waited in the cold for recovery, such a kind gesture dominos staff, thankyou � x

Ordered a pizza through the iPhone app. Was sitting on "getting it ready" for a good while. Wondered what was happening. Have never experienced anything but excellent service so decided to phone. Got a very helpful person on the phone who explained they hit a huge busy spell. Offered to gratis me my juice. I declined and explained that I was just curious what was happening. Very polite and helpful regardless at this late hour and my pizza still rocked up warm and perfect as always. Tip was given as standard because it was handled well and I wish I got his name because his praises would be sung. Keep up the good work guys.

Having a girl night in because one of our friends had a break up. We decided to order pizza under the name of Juliet WithNoRomeo for our friend and the delivery driver was our Romeo! Couldn't have asked for a better service! THANK YOU!

Won't be back anytime soon as is not worth money. Unbelievably stingy with toppings, especially when one pizza has about 5 toppings and still seems to look sparse. One bit of something per slice is not on when you're paying not far off £20 for one pizza. Would rather travel further and go to panmure village instead. At least they give you your monies worth.

Usually enjoy a two for Tuesday. However ordered 4 pizzas only one or which came with a dip. Also two of the ham pizza didn't seem to be the normal dominoes standard. Very squished dough and poor flavour. Not sure if dominoes are just letting their standards slip or if we just got a bad batch. Either way disappointed for the price paid.

Not happy waiting over an hour and wasn't delivered but said it was phoned up and they had to remake out order and thennn the guy was going I the wrong house had to shout out my window and he was pressing the wrong buzzer I told him four times what one to push and he still pushed the wrong one had to go out side to get my food I ordered two hours ago!

Wrong order was delivered, the man on the phone advised we would get a new order for free but we had already paid and the previous order was taken back. Disappointed in the service.

Very disappointed at the pizza I received from Dominoes Odeon tonight. First look at it and it looked like it had been thrown together by a 2yr old & did not taste any better. So disappointing obviously a new chef who clearly has no idea how to present food, and ruining the taste of my favourite pizza! Past two times here I have had bad experiences, don’t think I will be coming back to dominoes in a hurry!

Served by Vanessa tonight, she has an awful attitude and needs trained on manners! Service with a smile Vanessa? Just as well the pizza doesn't taste like Vannesas customer service, if it did, it would be bloody disgusting!!

Ordered a pizZa to Newport which was amazing as usual and came in plenty of time... However the delivery man phoned me and gave me a multitude of abuse as he had gone to the wrong address and they had threatened to phone the police. He repeated the same at the door, blaming this on me, despite the fact he had gone to the wrong address. Fuming ���

Ordered a box of cookies, turned up barely cooked - crispy on the outside but hot liquid innards. Couldn't even pick them up without dripping. Called up, they sent another box out, open it up annnnd... Same issue. Well done.

My little brother placed an order at 4.45pm and it's now 7.11pm!

And still waiting for 1 pizza! He's called 3 times already. I know the weather is bad but this is just a piss take. Ordered from Dundee city center store. We want a full refund, or free pizza! Absolute joke!

I usually love Dominos over the other options but tonights service and food quality were very disappointing. Collection order - showed ready and yet waited almost 10 mins til a member of staff asked if they could help. Then got home to find out the cookies were not fully cooked and the pizza tasted off. Not a happy customer :(

I order dominos once a week and it's usually amazing but I ordered it tonight and my pizza is undercooked? It's still squidgy and sticky in the dough and tastes revolting. Idk if it was taken out the oven too early but it tastes awful :(
