The staff there is d worst they loke hogs will never go bk there and wont advice ppl to go there either they need to hire ppl who know how to talk to people we paying our money is not like u giving us that free either and it ots was free i wont take it either case the pizza was d worst order was messed up too

Just had my free Pizza and got some wedges and garlic and herb dip on the side. Delicious meal for only £4! Thanks Dominos! No hassle placing order at all. P.S If your last name if Mearns and you ordered pineapple on your pizza, I apologise for accidentally taking your food. It wasn't Dominos fault and I brought it right back! Will check box next time before I leave lol x

Had our first delivery tonight.it was super quick and super tasty.the £24.99 deal was great value.fed a family of 4 tonight with a whole pizza left over for lunch tomorrow..if it makes it past the midnight snack! So nice to have a good pizza in town at last! We'll definately be back!

Best pizza shop in Montrose ��

Been quite a few times since opening. Always a good pizza, and they haven't got my (fussy) order wrong yet. Nice and easy to follow your order on the screen.. not sure how people can wait 45 minutes when it's all so easy to track your order in store and on the website! Loving the emergency services discount as well. Cheers :)

Been twice now since opening and have to say we have had no issues first time we phoned our order in, and arrived in 30mins second time was online order and waited 15mins when arrived with no issues pizzas were good, kids liked it and some good deals aswell!!

Ordered online, came quickly however ordered stuffed crust (at +£2.50 per pizza) and our pizzas had no stuffed crusts. So a fiver in their pockets! Garlic bread was not cut and pizzas cut a bit shoddily. Really good pizza but these little things are a bit annoying.

Every time I order the order is missing ingredients, which is strange because every time I pay there isn't any money missing. That probably wouldn't be acceptable, but handing over less than what you've paid for is. I'd understand if occasionally there was a missing ingredient but it's pretty much every order.

Twice in a row now our orders have been wrong.

Just picked up our order almost an hour ago and not to our surprise find out that it’s wrong yet again.

How can you forget to put pepperoni on a pepperoni passion pizza?! Also paid for extra toppings which weren’t on there either.

Poor service again �

Put in a rather large order to feed 5 people. Being out of town, we had to collect, which wasn't an issue. But stood for 15mins despite the board saying 'ready' when we arrived, then we were told our name had been shouted, when it clearly hadn't as we were standing directly in front of the till and would have heard, arriving home most of the food was cold and 2 of the sides ordered were missing... considering the amount of money spent we would have at least expected the pizzas to be warm! Won't be returning in a hurry. Very disappointed!

Ordered a pepperoni passion pizza on half of my pizza with added mushrooms I received a mushroom pizza with no pepperoni! I ordered this on the app under the pepperoni passion section how can this possibly go wrong? Then tried to call and no response and as I was driving away there was a guy walking in with boxes of pepperoni if you run out it would be good customer service to tell your customers when they collect the pizza!

My husband went down 40 mins ago for 3 pizzas. He was told 15 mins. The order came up saying it was ready but nothing was arriving. He was then told they had forgotten to put our order on. He was told another 7 minutes but is currently STILL waiting. My toddler got fed up and has had to come home. You at least had the decency to offer it for free but this is shocking service for a Sunday night. I'll reserve judgement on the taste until we eventually get it but the poor service is enough to put us off returning, sorry.

Mucked up an £85 order. Resulting in me making two trips like Colin McRae through the town. End result cold crap pizza and cold crap wedges and chicken. And the garlic bread wasn't burnt tae buggery. I did give two stars tho because the cookies are the dogs danglies though.

Tonight I had a houseful of children who ordered A Dominoes from Montrose store. After driving into Montrose my order was received only to discover my order was missing 21 chicken strips, which I had already paid for, on telephoning to explain the mistake I was told to drive back into Montrose to collect. I agreed but would expect after having to make another journey I would get the strips for free. It was their mistake and only to be told by an extremely rude boy that he’d fixed my problem by making new ones which I had to collect. I’d asked because of all the running about if I were to drive back into the town I’d expect to receive the strips for free I was told I wouldn’t get anything. “If you’d waited till I was gonna give you something for free I might have given you it but because you’ve asked your no getting anything “I tried to explain the situation but he was so rude and he got so annoyed he hung up. I called back and got a very helpful young lady who offered the strips free plus extra food but to be honest by then the kids were hungry and the food was almost cold and didn’t want to take the chance of receiving something the young boy cooked. � Shame the place is let down by one boy.

Thought I'd give Dominoes a try (as this was now their third week being open in Montrose and hopefully all teething problems were sorted) Waited 45 minutes for one large pizza (from standard menu, nothing difficult) which I then enquired about, only to find out my order wasn't there (had either been put in with someone else's order and given away, or it hadn't even been started) ... wtf?

Girl at counter was very apologetic and offered my order to be put through again (another 15 minute or longer!) or my money back. Got my money back and went to the chippy ... Very disappointing Dominoes.

It’s a sad sad day for Domino’s. Utterly disgusted with the staff at Dominos Montrose who watched my 7 year old crying her eyes out after landing face flat on the floor after walking into the store and slipping in the soaking wet floor. My daughter was crying I asked for a manager, but the 3 members of staff continued to make pizza. Only after we left did anyone bother to come round from their duties and put a wet floor sign up. Utterly disgusted. My 7 year old has it right, “they are more interested in making money than little children”.

I was very disappointed with my pizza from Dominos in Montrose this evening. We ordered a large half and half and there were genuinely some slices that had no toppings on (I’ve taken a picture as proof but can’t find a way of adding it to this post). The slices that we’re topped on one half had about 5 pieces of sweet corn and the onion still had the hard root attached. Not to mention the abysmal cutting - some slices were way too big to fit in your mouth and others were tiny slithers. I’ve worked in a pizza place before and this stuff really isn’t hard to get right. The behaviour of the staff isn’t great either - when I walked in to collect, they were messing around and being laddy rather than being professional and seeing to their jobs properly. This behaviour isn’t a one off as we’ve observed it happening prior to this evening. What a wee shame �

I waited over 40 mins for a chocolate pizza for my son only to be told they had lost the order and if I wanted to wait another 20mins for a new one but I was not prepared to wait for an hour with a very unhappy boy.
