Domino'S Pizza - Inverness

Not very good pizza for the mess-ups and everything we had to wait for to get it. They made the wrong pizza and delivered it to us...we called and they brought us a new one 45 mins later. Still not the best tasting pie.

Ordered a cheekilicious meatilicious pizza from this fine establishment was looking forward to scranning it down so opened the pizza box rapido and all of a sudden there it is looking at me staring me right in the eye a 8 inch fat goldfish, being the man I am I decided to go ahead and just eat it thinking it was some sort of Inverness delicacy, I have to say it wasn't too bad bit crunchy bit fishy but overall better than Pizza Hut and I'm giving it 3 stars

I thought this one would be as good as it's namesake and origin -Australia. . . . . Nothing like it - be warned. And Marguerita on web site look atrocious

Quick serving, very nice staff and the place is organised. The food also tastes amazing.

Pizza was lovely. But parking was a little crazy, with cars parked 3 deep blocking each over in.

Small store but very fast service. Staff friendly and pleasant.

Having to wait over 1 hour to get a takeaway pizza isn't by any means fast food. Looked forward to having a dominoes after a few drinks as the only one local to me from forres. It was not to be however due to ridiculous waiting times and actually not taking any more orders.

I find it difficult to understand why Domino's stores (not limited to this one) fail to correctly send out orders. It's incredibly frustrating for customers even if (as in this case) an offer is made to send out the missing items asap.

I don't know how stores check orders to ensure they are correct, but it would seem fairly straight forward for staff to call out an order to a delivery driver before leaving the store, who then checks all the contents of an order are in his/her bag. It's really not good enough I'm afraid.

Pros:

+ Quick delivery (we were staying 0.2miles away from store)
+ Delivery guy was pleasant

Cons:

+ Food not hot
+ Forgot part of one item on order and forgot a whole other item in addition.

Service was appalling, even for a busy night. Ordered last night at 7pm, to be delivered at half 8. The pizza never arrived, and when I finally got through to their phone line they hung up on me after saying the order - bearing in mind they didn't even take an order number and so had no idea what the status of my order really was - would be up to another hour and a half. Will not be buying from this branch again

absolute joke.... ordered a pizza got conformation and the pizza never even came waited over 3 n half hours WILL NEVER USE DOMINO'S AGAIN!!!

ridiculous customer service n waiting time 4 food is 3 n a half hrz won't b usin this service again takin my money elsewhere!!! 😠 😠
