Clueless staff served a kebab with no lettuce, tomato or cucumber, only onion and cabbage in a mouldy pitta bread. Chips were ok though

Service has gone downhill, used to be good. Ordered takeaway tonight and still hadn't turned up an hour later, phoned up to find out where our takeaway was and was told the driver had gone awol, phoned two more times, still hadn't arrived, got fobbed off. Eventually cancelled the order because the food would have turned up cold and I'm not paying £20 for cold soggy food and terrible customer service. Ordered elsewhere and got the same order for £5 cheaper and prompt delivery.
