I've been coming to Donald Mackenzie for years for buying and servicing vehicles and never had a complaint. Excellent service and a lot more reasonably priced than other garages in town. They have never done unnecessary work, which I have experienced with other garages and have always gone out there way to make everything go smoothly. The salesman are not pushy like you get in other showrooms either.

Recently we were touring Scotland and had a clutch slave cylinder fail, the staff were very helpful and looked after both ourselves and our Motorhome having it repaired extremely quickly and at a very sensible cost for a main dealer for such an extensive job that requires gearbox removal. We were able to finish our holiday off and would definitely recommend them if you are ever in a pickle. If we lived closer we would use them for routine servicing.....mind might book our next holiday in Scotland when the next service is due. Thanks again.

My family and I have been dealing with Donald Mackenzie's since 1975 a period of 42 years.
Why? Simply because we have always received excellent service from all departments. We have had dealings with other firms over the years but always return to Donald Mackenzie.
In the 42 years there have been problems, cars don't always behave themselves. Each problem has always been dealt with promptly and courteously to our satisfaction.
This has not been our experience with some other dealers.
