Dornoch Firth Caravan Park

My partner and l went touring the west coast of Scotland in September , after travelling up the west coast we came back from ullapool to Dornoch and found this campsite with our caravan ,what a find , the man I met at the office could not have been more helpful ,from walks golf courses and local restaurants . The site itself was the cleanest and best kept we had been in so all in all 5 stars. Thank you.

Nice site, well kept and really nice staff. Amenities are good and clean, electric hook ups a bonus. Only problem is traffic noise as well as the 5.45 express to wick. No chance of a lie in

This site is nestled next to the bridge, just a few minutes from Tain. With the world famous Glenmorangie distillery🥃next door. This site is immaculate, it has great tent⛺🏕️area with modern clean and very hot shower🚿facilities, for washing cleaning and toilets. One thing to remember is the early morning wake up call, with the train passing the site😀🚂.

The staff

Great location if the services are a little tired. If you're not fussed about frills then you'll enjoy being so close to the beach and the two world class golf courses!

Site is very clean and the couple of staff members i seen were friendly.
No chance of a long lie though, the train comes screaming past the tents at 6am-ish, then every 30 minutes or so.
The toilet block has been recently refurbished and looks great but the showers are a little impractical. I hopped in for a quick shower but no screen or curtain resulted in water all over the floor. Showers are included in the price.
Didn't get the tariff list, but I paid £18 for a night. 2 adults, 3 man tent.

I love it you can relax ,your near shops in Tain or Dornoch.love it there.☺️😀
