Received a very warm welcome (and cookie) from check in with Chris at reception and found him to be very helpful and approachable during my stay. So much so I had an extended stay after being in several hotels beforehand. Chris listened to me offering me a comfortable stay and any issues were taken care of quickly by him or when needed his team would offer assistance. Lovely to still have personable service to guests. Thank you/ 5 stars from me.

This is a first class hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very very nice, clean, spacious and cool. The shower pressure was insane. The hotel restaurant was really good also. Close to bus access, train and sightseeing.

Wonderful stay at this hotel in Glasgow. We stayed with our family including an infant and young child. The facilities are top notch, the hotel is centrally located within walking distance from George square. The staff was very thoughtful and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Centrally located. Walkable distance between 2 major train stations. We were there when it was very busy as the Anime Convention was also on. We received a compact but tidy room with a decent view from the 7th floor. There is no fridge in our room and no provided bottles of water. The good thing is tap water is drinkable. No slippers or bed robes either. Those complimentary welcome cookies are a massive treat for me though. Our window can be slightly opened ajar from the top for some natural breeze. The front desk staff, Liam, was very helpful, kind, and approachable. Will definitely come back.

The 4-star hotel exceeded expectations with its luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The staff provided exceptional service, catering to every need with a smile. From the inviting pool to the top-notch dining options, the hotel offered a memorable stay for a perfect getaway.

This was a lovely Hotel which was got at a bargain rate. The pool and 'spa' pool were great for relaxing in and the actual rooms were spacious and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful - the food was also amazing, their breakfast is a must in the morning with so much variety on offer. Its well located within Glasgow too, being close to shopping centres and the airport as well. I'd highly recommend it!

I stayed at the Doubletree in Glasgow while I was on a business trip last week. The first night was fine, but on the second night (which was a Thursday night) I was woken up at 2am by the sounds of a raucous all-night party coming from directly below my bedroom. I went to see what was going on and was told by the person on the desk that this party had been booked by their events team, that it would go on until at least 4 am, and there was nothing he could do about it. It meant a sleepless night and a nightmare day at work the next day. In consequence, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are lots of nice hotels in Glasgow where they treat you better than this. I suggest that you go and stay in one of those other hotels instead.

Room in very good condition and clean. Curtains also thick too leaving the room very dark. Staff very good too. Parking is a little on the right side. Be warned the entrance isn't very well sign posted and is actually accessed around the back of the building. A good overnight rate. My second time here and will come again. Good location to bars, restaurants and shops with an easy exit out back to the motorway.

I stayed there on a business trip for 2 nights. The rooms were well designed and quite spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location is very good, just next to the city centre. There is a nice gym and pool. The only thing missing was mini bar in my room.

Room was nice, very well kept other than a slight musty smell as you enter. The bathroom is small and the shower sprays past the edge of the glass partition so I imagine it is just that it gets through into the carpet from time to time. Had drinks in the restaurant at the end of the night. Parking in the lot was a bit pricey but it's a dense area so to be expected. Staying there again so obviously we enjoyed it more than not. Breakfast was nice up in the exec lounge, assume you get that with HHonors so recommend you have that for any Hilton property.

The hotel is a short walk from major train stations, the room and facilities are decent and the price was very good at just below 90 pounds a night for Easter weekend. On the down side, the room did not have a good view and the door was not very sound proof.

User

Lovely rooms and very conveniently located. computers available in reception however they didn't work most of the time. Given room next to entrance door of second floor which was banging all night as guests came and went.

Good Hotel. We stayed one night on a city trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and the checkout process was very smooth, with the bonus of a cookie! Room was large and spacious and gets the thumbs up from me for one thoughtful item. Not only were there sockets bedside, but they also included a USB port. Perfect for charging mobile phones and tablets. Hotel situated in a good spot to explore the city. Although we did not eat or drink there this time, menus included vegetarian options and craft beers at reasonable prices. Will stay there again

Could not say a bad thing about this place. The room was spotless and the service was amazing, so much space in the room and had our own living room and cooking area. I would live there if i could
