Had my wife's Mini serviced here. I found them to be very efficient, with no cause for complaint and am happy to recommend them.

I bought my fifth BMW from the Hamilton dealers. The car was on the forecourt with a stated price but when I went through the finance paperwork it was found to be £4000 under priced. I ended up still buying the car but was extremely disappointed in how this sale went. Overall, this is a good dealer.

Great service from Mark Brown in sales who made the whole buying and pick up of our new car the smoothest I have experienced. Follow up call from him after a few days to ensure we were delighted with our car.
Highly recommended dealership.

Visited dealership few times for services etc, last time service adviser David Wood took care of things, unexpected issues with X6 m.o.t, disappointed but David and the manager did some magic! and I ended up paying only one third of the repair bill as I bought car under approved scheme, well worth doing that,David was fantastic! thanks guys!

Recently had to go for a brake check as sensor was showing incorrect brake wear, phoned in as i was running late, told "no problem",ended up being even later, still no problem (thanks David) brilliant!
car checked, sorted at no cost and all explained by service advisor Andy Smith, very very nice gentleman! car washed and they even put on wheel and tyre dressing, it looked smart! once again thank you...

Great overall experience with this dealership. The place looks amazing - it's in impeccable condition, bright, modern and inviting. Staff are excellent, really polite, friendly and accommodating. BMW hugh standards of servicing and at very reasonable prices. 5 stars guys - flawless.

This was my first time buying a car and to be honest I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is young and doesn't know anything about cars. I went in wanting a 1series , a white one, I said I didn't know if I wanted a brand new car or if an old 'approved' one would be better? the salesman showed me a 10 plate 1 series that they had just got in , this was in 2015 so the car was 5 years old. Looking back , BMW Hamilton had just got the car in on the Thursday and I had it by the Saturday? When taking it a test drive I only drove down to the first round about and back up. The car obviously hadn't been checked or approved because 'they just got it in' . I was informed it was 'a sport' as I was wanting a car the was quick due to the fact the car I was driving was a gold TDI. Not knowing anything about cars two years down the line I learn it was called a sport as it was 3 doors. The car wasn't actually a BMW Sport. The sales guy also told told me that their wasnt any difference between diesel and petrol moters? As the old car I was driving was Diesel that's what I was hoping to stick to. Anyway as I was told there was no difference I didn't see the issue. I was also told that this car was just as quick as a golf TDI as that was the car I had before as stated: I had a years warrenty with the car and within the first 4-6 weeks their was a fault with the engine? It needed a part of it replaced which They were more then happy to resolve offering me the curious car with no charge at all. Following this the car was back in the garage 6-7 times within the year. One of the times my car was in it came back with a scratch on the back and the toe cap missing from it. I know they check the car for marks etc before hey do anything to it. When I called up I informed them that my car was marked? The guy asked where the mark was and I asked him to go and check first with the guys who had the car but he then asked me where it was so he could find out quicker , stupidly I told him the back left. He then came back and told me that the guys don't have loads of time to check every bit of the car but the mark was already on the back left? This was clearly a lie , he would t have known that if I hadn't have told them. When the year warrenty was up it was a totally different story. I was told that cars break and 'that's what garages are for'. I was having incidents where my car was cutting out when I was pulling out from junctions and when telling them this they basically said I was lying. They took the car a test drive and nothing happened. I then took videos of when I was started my car up it was just cutting out. They could never find anything wrong with the car when I was taking it back, when I said I had videos they asked to see them but still said it didn't prove anything because the car wasn't doing it when they had it. When the warrenty had ran out they couldn't have cared less , the attitude from the manager to the head office was disgusting. I gave up with them , anytime I was trying to get any help I was getting turned away. I continued to drive the car which was nothing less than a bit of scrap and a death trap. After hearing other people say the same had happened to them I have now two years down the line decided that what has happened to me should be shared as I'm more than positive this Is happening to loads of people. You get to the point you have no one to turn to so you keep paying for a car that isn't even worth what they sold you it for. They've took clear advantage of someone with no clue about cars and made out it was the best on the market! They said my car was £10,000 - this was a great deal, wouldn't find anything better . Now after all the hassle I've had the finance company are telling me that I still owe them £10,000 , but this is two years down the line? How can you owe the same on the car as what you did two years ago. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Never endured so much stress with a company who is supposed to be one of the best.
