Excellent to deal with when selecting and ordering my new Mini. Ashley was excellent to deal with and kept me informed of progress. The presentation of my new car was unexpectedly good. Also, Geoff's knowledge of the cars and his helpfulness was excellent.

My car was almost broken when we on a road trip throu Scotland and we were near Stirling, so I called and we can come the next day. They fixed the car and they clean it and we picked it up the next day.
They have a good service (better than i jus to in the Netherlands)
Thanx that we so quick follow our trip through Scotland and the way home without problems.

A few months later in the Netherlands it was again broken and it was the same problem, i don't know of the problem was really fixed in stirling of that was a quick repair.
The cost aren't.

I visited this dealership in Feb 2017. As my car is over 12 years old, I'm always a little wary about taking my car to a BMW dealership for repairs. But as I had developed a brake light fault 200 miles from home, I had to leave my car with BMW Stirling.

I needn't have worried though. This dealership repaired my car the same day, and I thought the cost of repairs were very reasonable. The staff were very courteous and professional, and I appreciated their commitment in getting my car back to me as soon as possible, as opposed to trying to sell me something in the off-chance. The costs involved were clearly explained from the outset, and I was not hit with any unexplained or additional charges. I would definitely go with this dealership again. Thank you BMW Stirling.

Good range of cars and great service centre

Horrendous I'm Driving about in an Accident damaged repaired BMW within an Engine Fault. Head Office in Hamilton basically told us tough. Worst possible experience in buying a car ever. BMW APPROVED YOUR HAVING A LAUGH... Once they have the money that's it. If you have a problem Head office take over and basically tell you where to go. The one Star is too much...Beware..

Everyone was polite enough, but both times I visited I was met with something approaching disinterest. Hardly what you expect when looking to purchase a new car. In the end I bought my car from Harry Fairbairn in Giffnock, where they couldn't have been more helpful or engaging.
