Good for servicing. A bit unfriendly for buying a car

well the service was good, quick and pushed through at double quick time, picked the car up three days after my initial visit, brilliant so I think, one of my fears of doing the deal so quick was that I would end up paying two instalments in the one month, well this is what happened after being told it wouldn't so not happy , I was doing them a favour by signing up in time to boost the monthly figures, feeling a little cheated and poorer for the experience

Great service. Good communication about what was getting fixed and how much it would cost. Friendly, helpful, happy to recommend them.

DO NOT USE.

Mini purchased from here stalling dangerously at intersections leading to near collisions. Will not refund cash paid as blaming the two good drivers who have had over 60 years driving experience and never had this problem before.

Manager sounded like he was reading from a script when we called, which leads me to believe that this is a recurring problem and they are dodging liability.

Furious, save yourself some time.
