The iconic Jenners has been a landmark on Princes Street for over 180 years. With many names that have been long forgotten their original building still stand and are used today.
Dovecot is exhibiting a photography series on the Scottish high street of the past.
The Scottish Department Store display is the Viewing Balcony and open Mon-Fri 12.00 - 3.00pm and Sat 10.30am-5.30pm

Renowned writer and Liberty fan Oscar Wilde has been immortalised in an immersive piece by artists McDermott & McGough, now in London.
The groundbreaking work is a secular space memorialising one of the earliest forebears of gay liberation whilst commemorating contemporary LGBTQ+ martyrs and those lost to the AIDS crisis and can be used by the public.
This major new commission came about through Studio Voltaire, who Dovecot worked with in 2016 alongside Jim Lambie on the rug... 'Soft Machine'.
