Today my Mum & I had a beautiful, tasty and amazing Roast Beef Dinner it was massive and the best, my Mum had steak pie before and I had Chicken Supreme but I think personally the Roast was fabulous, then had a beautiful raspberry and lemon sorbet and a lovely Glass of Chardonnay and it was a great price now you ask where well it’s a lovely wee place in Carnoustie called The Corner Hotel - Honestly you need to try, look up on trip advisor too amazing reviews Carol the current... owner / Chef makes everything fresh and the best of produce and local stuff non of the frozen stuff. Get your bums down even during Day they also do Half Portions for people who can’t eat as much or don’t want so much, when you go in remember to tell them I told you to go, plus if you just want a wee drink game of pool, even looking for a wee break to a lovely seaside town with all the golf then get a room for few days they are beautiful too plus the staff really look after you, which you rarely see these days..... @ CORNER HOTEL CARNOUSTIE

A great start to the day a nice bowl of Scottish Porridge, none of the English with sugar on it the true Scottish way with salt and milk as it is a meal, look at white pudding that’s made with oats and spices. Gives you so much natural energy and gets you going. Busy week ahead starting today have to cut my hedges and Doctor up the stairs she’s a lovely girl and my grass the power wash as put weedkiller down last week and killed the weeds now Jayes Outdoor disinfectant and power wash. I’m excited and feeling positive and raring to get on my new journey that’s all I can say as that all I’m going to say! @ Dundee
