Hi everyone! A shout out for this lovely Arbonne consultant and fellow doctor. I thought I'd buy some body lotion from her one day and she introduced me to a few more products, of which I have to tell you about two:



Arbonne Protein Shakes: Vegan protein, so easily digested, none of the cardboard/hamster cage smell about them or your breath, very filling, they give you so much energy. I mix them with frozen berries and feel buzzing. Great if you're thinking about trying to lose weight or build muscle. Honestly. I wouldn't say it's effortless, but whatever you do you'll see results faster.



Arbonne Energy fizz: These are sachets to mix with water. They have vitamins and electrolytes and they do what they say on the tin: Big energy boost with a fraction of the caffein of even a cup of your regular instant coffee. I miss them when I forget to bring one to work.



So those two products, I whole-heartedly recommend, in fact I got the in auto deliver (with this system you get a free full size product every month, or every six weeks, however often you want your protein shake to arrive).
