About:
I am a Chartered Psychologist providing Psychological Therapy for adults experiencing common mental health problems & life issues. I am Chartered through The British Psychological Society & registered with the Health and Care Professional Council & I work from the comfort of One Allan Park, Wellbeing Clinic, Stirling.


Psychological Therapy:
Psychological therapy offers a confidential, safe & supportive relationship, with a qualified professional. At times we can experience problems with our thoughts, feelings or relationships. We may find ourselves repeatedly in difficult situations or that we are not getting what we want out of life & feel stuck.

​My approach is individualised for each client & I work collaboratively with them, drawing on more than ten years’ experience working in the NHS & extensive training in a variety of psychological theories, approaches, frameworks & techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). ​

Supervision:
I am also available for Clinical Supervision for both in training and qualified Psychologists.

Consultancy:
I have a special interest in the psychological impact of living with a heart condition from birth with a wide variety of experience in this area including advocacy, teaching & research.
