InclusIQ is led by Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris. The InclusIQ Institute was founded on the knowledge that diversity and inclusion can only be reached by women and men working together. For too long, encouraging diversity at the top has been seen as ‘a problem’ for women to solve.

Her work leading it’s sister company, Female Breadwinners, made her increasingly convinced that it will take senior men, not just women, to achieve a fairer, more competitive and more enjoyable workplace for everyone.
