Purchased a chest of drawers, paid the extra to have it built and was told I'd have it in 2wks.
3 weeks later I was calling the store to enquire about my item.
When I was putting clothes into one of the drawers, I noticed the facing was unaligned and the screw had been forced, causing a large crack and a piece ready to break off. I called the store and as I was able to give a part number, was told the part would be ordered in & I would receive a call to collect & could repair myself (why did I pay a build fee?). Still waiting weeks later.
Not impressed. Won't use again and wouldn't recommend.
