Where do I start....

Booked our dancefloor and paid the deposit. A few months before our wedding I called to confirm the booking times etc only to be told that we would need to pay an extra £100 for them to set up in the evening!!!!!! Absolute joke. How can our dancefloor be in place as we have our meal...health and safety for starters... Said that they usually set up in the day. Then it was because they have a child and so gettin out in the evening is difficult...!!!!

Came to their senses and so agreed to fit at night without the extra charge.

Then a few weeks before the wedding I seen on a post that they were selling the dancefloor!! I had no contact from them..of course I am going to be worried that they couldn't provide it for me. So I contacted them and they said that IF it did sell before my wedding the people who bought it could hire it out to me, I'm sorry but what is the guarantee....i say no more.

Got my deposit back yes. But the service from a customer point of view is shocking!
