Nice Donner Kebab, however 5 hours later threw it up again.

I was in Scotland on vacation and this city was my first stop. It was kind of late and this place was the only one that was opened. I never got a good impression of the place; it looked kind of dirty and the employees didn't seem to have the best hygienic standards... but anyway, I'm pretty flexible so I didn't think more about it.

I tried the burger and it was awful. Believe me, I have eaten bad burgers, but this thing was just pretty bad. I couldn't even finish it.

At night, I started feeling bad. First with nausea and then vomits. Since then, it has been more than a week with my stomach being so so, including overall weakness, muscle pain... Two days ago symptoms got much worse. I'm not going to go into details, but I was diagnosed with a bad gastroenteritis after seeing a doctor.

If you want to stay healthy, go to the grocery store that is next to it, and buy some decent food there. Otherwise you may regret later like I did and I'm still doing...

After placing our order to a gentleman who didn't seem to want our custom, he proceeded to tell us it would be 10 minutes for our 3 deep fried meals. 25 minutes later we were finally presented with the wrong order and things missing from it. Once this had been reluctantly resolved we left for our accommodation. Upon arriving we noted he had not given us plastic cutlery. Better places to eat.

To expensive £11 for single medium portion. meet was too raw .

The ambience is bright, clean and airy. The staff are friendly and cheerful, and as I phone up to order beforehand, they have everything ready for my arrival. The portions are generous, fish was fresh & tasty and the chips are fresh cut and proper chip shop chips. Highly recommended place for fish & chip takeaway.

asked for a double cheeseburger and chips i got given sausage and chips. bit of paper in my chips. never going again. NEVER!!!

Had a Pizza from Drum Take Away last week. The pizza was delicious and wonderful looking. Also we had Doner Kabab one time, it was freshly cut infront of us from the doner machine. The kabab taste great too. Thanks to Drum Take Away new owner and team.

Had a takeaway from here. Food cooked to order . Batter was a bit inconsistent. Chips were OK. Menu states Fish breaded or battered but doesn't specify what fish. Various food on offer . Staff friendly.

Possibly the best food I've ever had. So fresh and delicious. Plus the amazing view makes it even more special.
Also the new owner is a very helpful person.
