Went in for the first time yesterday for lunch and cant recommend it enough!! The food was absolutely delicious and service was brilliant - so friendly and couldnt do enough for u. Will definitely be coming in on a regular basis now!!

Went here for breakfast this morning at the Mad Hatters Breakfast and had a great time. Place was decorated brilliantly and the staff were out of this world, couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend a visit here for anyone.

Well what can I say 1st time ever in the dug n duck went n booked table for half 2 for food n drinks n stayed til the end of night food was lovely n drinks reasonable prices also friendly bar staff to top it off Dj Laura doing karaoke she was fab n also me n my friend won the £50 cash prize defo be back for another great night thanks xx

We went there with our dog yesterday after a walk round Hogganfield. The food was good and the staff could not have been nicer! When they say they are dog friendly, they really mean it! They brought a bowl of dog food and a bowl of water for our dog straight away and didn’t have an issue with the occasional bark. I would highly recommend it to everyone who walks their dog around Hogganfield. (I also like that they serve drinks in nice crystal glasses.)

The dug n duck is a very family friendly pub ,run by a lovely family who go all out to make each visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience . Food is lovely. Staff are brilliant , very friendly and efficient .

My wee granddaughter loves going there for dinner as they make the kids very welcome .

It’s the biggest turnaround I’ve ever seen in a place .cant praise it enough .

The Easter bunny , mad hatters tea party was brilliant , they couldn’t do enough for the kids and the decor and costumes were amazing ,the kids all received gifts as well. Well Done .

Popped in for a meal and a drink for the first time in this lovely family friendly pub and definitely won't be the last! Great food served by really friendly staff and terrific value for money. Steak and lasagne dinners delightful and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Highly recommend the Dug for a visit and a meal.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and lovely staff! All the food we ordered was fresh, piping hot and really tasty. Had to wait a bit for my mojito cocktail but it was well worth the wait as it was the best mojito I have had in a long while! Think the Dug n Duck is our new favorite local!

Just out of the dug n duck n the food was so tasty. I’m not vegetarian but the chick pea, sweet potato n spinach curry was so tasty. My husband had steak pie n my son fish n chips and they both enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the red wine. Can’t believe we have stayed in millerston 10 yrs and never been in this pub. It’s a friendly atmosphere and looking forward to going there again

Great wee place locally for me considering I would never of entered this place before new management took over �been several times now for food and was also there last Friday for the dj although was very quiet me and my friends had a great night. Highly recommend food to family and friends and also look foward to checking your page for more up coming events as would defo attend for a night out again ��

First time in and it was lovely. Love the fact dogs are welcome. Tit bits and plenty of water for our furry friends. Had a bit to eat in the bar and it was delicious and hot. Will be back in the very near future. Very pleasant and friendly staff. ���

Cant thank these guys enough today .. what a brilliant day we had @ breakfast with Santa �.. Romans 3rd time seeing Santa and the very 1st he has actually sat with him and had no tears , even sat and got his face painted , all the staff were fantastic and very attentive, well organised and a superb effort from the owners. Will definitely be back for some more events. Thank you and merry Christmas to all at ‘dug n duck’ x

Best pub lunch I've had � was up with family and it was lovely couldn't fault it had the roast chicken chips great value for money all round ��

Steak pie lovely but my lasagne dry little bolognaise between sheets and no bechamel sauce. Only thick layer of melted cheese on top. .. sorry chef constructive criticism.

Enjoyed our meal food was well cooked and hot the mac & cheese was very good only thing was the latte bitter and cold the staff were very good friendly and polite a credit to the place well done would come again and recommend to family and friends
