Hamish is the guy... he sorted us a new A5. He is an extremely professional always wanting to do more for his customers. We have been using Dundee Audi for many years and will keep on using this dealership even though we live in Birmingham.

I would like to thank Shona & Nikki for an easy mot on my car recently at Dundee Audi, Shona who made me feel welcome on arrival and made me coffee ( including a fine tray bake) while I waited in a comfortable lounge and Nikki who made sure my car was washed and vacuumed ready for my departure a short time later, thanks to all the team for a truly premium experience....well done!

I was in audi booking a service in my car and they told me that service will be free of charge.
Today at 1 o'clock I was there for the service,on reception to delivery my keys, a lady ask me again about the service,watt I want theme to do,so I repeat my self again;(i been spend a lot of money in parts to my car,my mecanic can't find the origin of the problem so I need a dignost made to my car)
And the lady told to make the diagnostic I have to pay £60. So en I went to make the appointment was free and now I have to pay. Be honest it's the minimum we can ask. And in the end I just came out of Audi without now watt was the problem with my car.
There his really many of ways of taking money from our pockets. Well done Dundee Audi.

If it wasn't for the magnificent Service Advisor, Dawn Quinney, our day would have turned out soo bad!
She went above and beyond expected customer service to get our beloved TT fixed in under 2 hours.
A huge 'thank you' also needs to go to Darren, the technician, who carried out the work, despite having a sore eye!

Recently bought a car from Dundee Audi. It all started well with good service and updates on when car will be delivered etc. As soon as the car was delivered at the garage, it all went downhill, below par customer service, very rigid and awkward to deal with. No appreciation for recommending a colleague who ordered a car and to be told 'you didn't refer him to me personally' just turned the whole experience from good to bad. To make it worse, the car was delivered with a slight scratch on the bumper which I am left to deal with as neither Dundee Audi or transporter would take ownership. Will not be using or recommending them again.
