I wouldn't trust anyone but Gemma with my hair now - after years of hairdressers taking more off my long hair than I wanted, I restyled to a gradient bob that Gemma always cuts accurately and flatteringly, it looks great in the salon and (the real test if you ask me), washes really well and is low maintenance at home. Perfect! A quality cut at a competitive price.

I booked an appointment by phone however when I got to the salon the girl at the counter said there was no appointment booked! She didn't even apologise and was very rude and dismissive. I made another appointment and when I went the hairdresser barely spent 4 minutes on my hair. The staff didn't seem to care about their clients at all. The place was quite messy and not impressive as well, overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a deal, £20 for a massage and a facial and was the worst I have ever experienced! Salon was really dirty and did not have the proper equipment for massages. I was put on a bed that was really uncomfortable with musty, dirty smelling covers to put over myself which left me feeling itchy and rashes on my skin when I got home!

The women who did the 'massage' didn't really know what she was doing and the facial was nothing that I couldn't have done myself much better! She kept getting the cream and face mask in my eyes which made them sting quite badly.

Blobbed massive amounts of cream of my face and on my eyes, when I got up and looked in the mirror I was horrified with the state of my face! I had to go home and have a shower to get rid of it all!

I was so tired after a long day work and so mortified and state of the place and bad treatment I received I just paid quickly and left as fast as I could!

There is a reason its so cheap! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I was bullied by the hairdresser into a cut much shorter than I wanted. Even worse the quality of the cut is very poor, with layers cut haphazardly and very poor shaping. I could not be more disappointed.
