In earlier, a very pleasant assistant called Rosie was of great assistance to us a deserved 10/10.

Excellent trip today. Hannah offered assistance which I needed and ordered the product for me to get delivered.

Very helpful and very pleasant , and store well stocked , I like Dunelm Mills very much .

Dunhems is a great place to browse at the many various household items in stock, all of exceptional quality.
Then nip to the cafe area to relax and enjoy a drink with a lush selection of cakes and various other choices to eat, not to mention a very polite friendly staff.😚

Wish they still had art department. But ok for general household soft furnishings.

Found it hard to find staff to assist with purchases. Did not find the item we were looking for.

This is a very nice store with a huge range of stuff can be a bit pricey only thing wrong with the store is actually finding anything doesn't seem to be in any kind of order.
