Dunelm Inverness

As I didn't want to do a lot of walking and this is a mega huge store, I had a good look at internal signage to locate what I wanted. Perhaps signage could be improved. I decided to ask an assistant. The only one I could see that might be available was on a till, so I waited"till" she was free. As she found it easier to take me to the department than direct me, I followed her through the maze to buy my elastic.
Summing up. Staffing numbers could be improved and signage, but if the other members of staff are as helpful and knowledgeable as the one who helped me, then their training is excellent.
Well worth visiting the store, but please allow enough time to browse the huge stock.

Nice shop with a great selection of items for your home with coffee shop upstairs. Toilets beside coffee shop are absolutely stinking!

We've just moved house and this was a great place to come and buy bits for our house, lots of options to choose from. Everything you need to accessorise your house. Plus there's a nice cafe.

visited this store today. cafeteria used to be good but we had to wait ages to be served as staff were talking in the kitchen. I nearly choked on a scone which must have been baked a week ago! coffee wasn't very hot.
my husband complained to one of the staff that the smell in the gents' toilet was overpowering and the hand drier had an "out of order" sticker but there were no hand towels provided. we will not be back!

Made a phone query today - help and assistance received from Angus was excellent !!! Thank you for your patience, knowledge and advice... first class customer service.

Good range of household stuff, sadly some cafe staff need training - counting, listening cleaning tables after customers have left.
